Training: Understanding Your Rights When Losing Work Authorization: FAQs for Immigrant Workers and Advocates

This training is provided by The National Immigration Law Center. This webinar will provide guidance on workplace rights for employees with temporary immigration statuses - such as TPS, humanitarian parole, and deferred action - when their work permits are revoked or otherwise expire, including information on work permit validity, automatic extensions, Form I-9, reverification, document abuse, and related labor protections. This webinar will have simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish. The webinar will not be recorded, but we will share slides with registrants afterwards.
