Training: Court Accompaniment and Witnessing

This training is offered by New Sanctuary Coalition: Our accompaniment program generally consists of going into the courthouses as a group, meeting those waiting for hearings (we call them “Friends”), helping friends fill out paperwork, sitting with them through their hearing and walking them out of the building.

Currently, ICE is congregating in the courthouses and kidnapping many of our friends as they are leaving the courtroom. Because of this situation, we are adamant that anyone who wants to accompany with us receives a training by us.

All online trainings last a little more than an hour and the link will be sent to registrants prior to the training.
